How does check-in work?

You’ll receive a smart lock code before arrival. No waiting for staff — just enter your code and walk in.

Is there WiFi?

Yes. We provide fiber-speed Starlink internet with backup power, so you stay connected even during brownouts.

Do the studios have air-conditioning?

Yes, all studios include quiet A/C units plus ceiling fans.

Is there a kitchen?

Yes. We have a shared outdoor kitchen available for all guests. Each studio has its own mini fridge and kettle for convenience.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is secure parking inside the gated compound.

Do you offer airport pickup?

Yes, we can arrange transfers from Tagbilaran Airport or ferry port on request as a paid add on.

Can I book tours directly?
